The Company offers Customers paid access to an employee referral system targeting specific groups of employees for the referral process to a specific job opening implemented by using a webserver-based technology (“Services”). The Services track rewards based on the actions or events participated in by the Customer’s Employees in various steps of the recruiting process. The Company shall also make available to its Client’s employees a free App through the mobile application stores (the “App”).
This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years old or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company. If you are not 18 years old or older, you must not access or use the Website.

Class Action Waiver
